The total plots in the executive block would be 5000 residential plots. The launching will be in 3 phases,

i.e. 1500 plots will be sold in the first phase at initial prices, then 1500 in 2nd phase at revised prices, and then 3rd phase will include 2000 plots at even higher prices.

Balloting Criteria

There are a total of 5000 residential plots in this block, and plot sizes are 7 marlas, 10 marlas and 1 Kanal. These plots will be launched in 3 phases,

In the first phase, 1500 plots will be sold  at the mentioned prices

then 1500 in 2nd phase at renewed prices,

In the  3rd phase, 2000 plots will be launched at higher prices.

There are only 1500 plots in this booking.

After booking, the society will conduct a ballot to allot plot numbers to all plot holders.

The map of Executive Block will be Issued after balloting.
